There is no single answer to this, as timelines vary based on factors such as project size, backorder status of specific furniture items, and whether it's a new construction. Typically, interior furnishing projects take 6 to 8 months, while new builds range from 6 to 12 months or longer. If you wish to be involved in every selection, then yes, your presence will be required. However, if you're unable to participate due to work or other commitments, I can make initial selections on your behalf. We’ll then schedule a meeting to review all samples, including countertops, flooring, hardware, and paint, before proceeding. Rest assured, nothing will move forward without your approval.

I will keep a credit card on file to purchase all items for your project. If you're local, I may occasionally buy small accessories using my card, and you can reimburse me. However, in most cases, all purchases will be charged directly to your credit card.

I offer unlimited revisions and will collaborate closely with you to ensure your vision is fully understood. With your honest feedback, we will take the time necessary to refine the design until it is perfect for you.

Yes, I always provide a PDF document of items for your review before any purchases are made. For décor, I may sometimes pick up items locally if I sense the client trusts my process (which I hope you will). However, I will always consult with you on major items before moving forward. Since décor is typically the last thing sourced, if you're not satisfied with any of the selections, I will happily return them.

I can recommend a few professionals if you need assistance. However, if you already have someone you trust, that's perfectly acceptable as well.
